Adam Bergman - Colavita Sutter-Home eased away from a strong field soloing to victory in the evening's Main Event - a 60 lap Points Race. Racking up uncontested points sprint after sprint, Bergman had the win in hand well before the conclusion of the race. The field and fans were not only treated to the display of Bergman’s strength but the lightening sprint speed of Emile Abraham - Priority Health. All were impressed with the fluidity of his pedal stroke and the speed he generated while taking a significant number of the field sprints. Abraham, a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago, ruled the night taking wins in both the Unknown Distance and the Miss and Out from the mostly local field.
Hayes Brake scored a 1-2-3 finish in the Masters’ 30+ Unknown Distance. A late and powerful surge by Clayton Goldsmith allowed him to edge 4th place finisher Brent Emery - Velo Trocedaro and join teammates Rob Springer and Len Cabaltera for the sweep.
