I) Eligibility and Awards Points will be awarded only to riders who possess a current annual USCF license with a Wisconsin address.

A) Club points will be awarded only to those clubs that are members in good standing of the Wisconsin Cycling Association.

B) Wisconsin Cup points will be awarded for road events :Road Races, Criteriums, Individual Time Trials

C) There will be no points for Team Time Trials.

D) Points will only be awarded in events that are placed on the WCA calendar by February 1, 2004.

E) There will be three places recognized in each class/category.
